Arjun Tendulkar & Saaniya Chandok’s Engagement
In a heartwarming blend of cricket royalty and business legacy, Arjun Tendulkar — son of legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar — is officially engaged to Saaniya Chandok, granddaughter of prominent Mumbai businessman Ravi Ghai. The private engagement ceremony was attended by close family members and select friends, marking the start of a new chapter for the couple.

The Ghai Family’s Business Legacy
Saaniya Chandok hails from one of India’s most influential business families in the food and hospitality industry. The Ghai family is the driving force behind the Graviss Group, a conglomerate that:
• Owns The Brooklyn Creamery (a popular low-calorie dessert brand)
• Operates Baskin Robbins India under Graviss Food Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

For FY 2023-24, Graviss Food Solutions reported an impressive ₹624 crore in revenue — a 20% jump from the previous year. The company holds an authorised capital of ₹2.23 crore and a paid-up capital of ₹90,100.

Other Ventures in the Ghai Portfolio
Beyond ice cream and desserts, the Ghai family has a footprint in the luxury hotel sector, operating the InterContinental Hotel in Mumbai under the globally recognised InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). As of August 2025, IHG boasts a market valuation of $18.43 billion, cementing its position as a leader in global hospitality.

Saaniya also runs Mr. Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP, a boutique pet care brand launched in 2022 with a modest authorised capital of ₹0.10 million.

Arjun Tendulkar’s Cricket Journey
While Saaniya’s world revolves around high-profile businesses, Arjun is building his own legacy in cricket. The left-arm fast bowler currently plays domestic cricket for Goa and has featured in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Mumbai Indians. He began his professional career with Mumbai in the 2020/21 season before making the move to Goa, where he has impressed in both First-Class and List A formats.

Cricket Meets Corporate Power
The engagement has sparked buzz among fans, blending India’s cricketing heritage with business prominence. With Arjun’s promising cricket career and Saaniya’s family’s multi-crore empire, this union is set to be one of the most talked-about alliances in 2025.
