Singer and music practitioner Keneeshaa Francis has officially signed on as the music composer for actor-turned-director Ravi Mohan’s debut directorial venture, An Ordinary Man. The project announcement by Ravi Mohan Studios comes months after Keneeshaa stepped away from public life and quit social media following intense online harassment linked to their personal association.

A High-Profile Musical Collaboration

An Ordinary Man, produced under the banner of Ravi Mohan Studios, is an upcoming Tamil comedy headlined by popular actor Yogi Babu. The production house officially introduced Keneeshaa as the film’s composer through a promotional creative on social media, writing:

“A new sound has entered the wild. A new chapter. The same soul. An artist you know in a way you’ve never heard before. ‘An Ordinary Man’ – One New Sound. One Heaven of a debut. CINEMA welcomes @keneeshaa1.”

The announcement marks Keneeshaa’s return to the film industry after a turbulent period marked by widespread public scrutiny.

The musical partnership follows months of controversy that erupted after Ravi Mohan announced his separation from his estranged wife, Aarti Ravi. Amid the public fallout, Keneeshaa was frequently seen alongside Ravi Mohan, serving as a counsellor and professional collaborator, which triggered intense speculation and online harassment.

Addressing the controversy in a statement before deleting her social media handles, Keneeshaa clarified her stance on her relationship with the actor:

 Therapy and Friendship: Keneeshaa noted that she initially connected with Ravi Mohan in a professional therapeutic capacity before offering personal support as a friend.

 Response to Allegations: She rejected claims of breaking up a family, asserting that Ravi was fully capable of making his own personal decisions.
