Kabir Khan visits Kumbh Mela- Says it’s not about Hindus or Muslims here

Film director Kabir Khan visited the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, on Tuesday. Speaking to the media in Prayagraj, he expressed his excitement about attending the holy event and taking a dip at the Sangam Ghat.

He said, “I am very excited. This happens once in 12 years. I have heard it is very crowded. I feel fortunate to have come here. I will take a holy dip too.”

Kabir Khan , who directed movies like Ek Tha Tiger , Bhajrangi Bhaijaan,Chandu Champion , and other hit movies , made a remarkable statement that made social media appreciate him. He said, “Kumb Mela is a part of our country’s rich culture. These things are not about Hindus and Muslims; these are things of our origin, our country, and our civilisation. There is no Hindu or Muslim in this. If you believe you are an Indian, then you should feel everything”.

Kumbh Mela has attracted over 100 million devotees across country and the world who have taken a holy dip since its commencement on January 13 with Paush Purnima.
